This is an appeal from a judgment rendered by the District Court of Richland county directing the issuance of a peremptory writ of mandamus compelling the officers of Dwight and Ibsen school districts to levy a tax upon the property of the districts to pay their pro rata share of certain judgments recovered against Dwight school township.
