I. INTRODUCTION
This matter comes before the Court on Cross Motions filed by Plaintiff Chris Bun-ger and Defendant Unum Life Insurance Company of America, seeking a final judgment from this Court under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 52 based on an administrative record created in an underlying Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”) dispute.
