2Per curiam

This matter came before this Court pursuant to decisions and recommendations of the Supreme Court Disciplinary Board (board) that respondent, Joseph A. Cozzo-lino (respondent) be sanctioned for miscon duct in the course of the- practice of law. Article III, Rule 6(d) of the Supreme Court Rules of Disciplinary Procedure provides in pertinent part:
