This action was commenced in the district court of Oklahoma county, Okla., by Harry A. Baker, defendant in error, plaintiff below, against the American Investment Company, a corporation, plaintiff in error, defendant below, to recover the sum of $220 as a balance claimed to be due him on a commission for securing a loan for said plaintiff in error.

The parties will be referred to as plaintiff and defendant as they appeared in the lower court.
