Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Tomei, J.), rendered April 10, 1995, convicting him of murder in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
The defendant failed to preserve for appellate review his claim that the trial court erred in admitting the testimony of two witnesses regarding his habitual drug use (see, CPL 470.05 [2]).
