Mrs. Dorothy M. Farnsworth brought her petition' against J. H. T. McPherson, to obtain an accounting for moneys alleged to have gone into the hands of the defendant as the administrator upon the estate of petitioner’s mother, and a judgment for such an amount as might be due on settlement. She prayed also for an equitable division of real property described, for a decree requiring the defendant to deliver to her certain personalty, and for other equitable relief.
