OPINION AND ORDER
TOLEDO, Chief Judge.
This case is now before this Court upon a motion to dismiss for lack of in personam jurisdiction with respect to codefendant Royal Mile, Inc. Plaintiff and Royal Mile have submitted affidavits and legal memoranda in support of their respective positions and in rebuttal. The other codefendants have answered the complaint and thus do not question this Court’s in personam jurisdiction with respect to themselves.
