OPINION OF THE COURT

Saxe, J.

In this child protective proceeding, the petitioner Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) challenges the Family Court’s rejection of its claim of sexual abuse committed by the respondent father, and respondent challenges the court’s finding of neglect, which charge was added by the court by sua sponte amendment of the petition. We affirm both the court’s rejection of the sexual abuse charge and its affirmative finding *321of neglect, but modify so as to impose supervision obligations in the interest of protecting the child from further potentially damaging…
