[¶ 1] Robert J. Laux and Cynthia A. Moran-Laux (collectively Laux) appeal, and Ralph Harrington cross-appeals,1 from a judgment of the Superior Court (Oxford County, Clifford, J.) declaring the continued existence and location of a road easement in favor of Harrington over Laux’s property located in the Towns of Newry and Hanover, and awarding Harrington nominal damages for Laux’s interference with his use of the easement.
