People v. Bradley

—Appeal by the People from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Plug, J.), dated May 11, 1995, which granted the defendants’ respective motions to dismiss the indictment.

Ordered that the order is reversed, on the law, the indictment is reinstated, and the matter is remitted to the Supreme Court, Queens County, for further proceedings on the indictment.
