MORRIS, Judge.

L.A.D. Property Ventures, Inc. (L.A.D.) and Leonard A. Dent appeal a nonfinal order denying their motions to dismiss First Bank’s motion for deficiency judgment filed in an underlying foreclosure proceeding. We affirm in part and dismiss in part.

First Bank filed a complaint to foreclose a mortgage and a mortgage spreader agreement on two pieces of real property owned by L.A.D. The complaint also sought damages against L.A.D. on the promissory note and damages against Dent as the guarantor of the promissory note.
