Action by appellee against appellants for damages for the alleged breach of contract. The action was commenced in November, 1922, and the appellee filed an affidavit and bond, and asked that writ of attachment issue against the goods and chattels of appellants, the grounds for the issuance of such writ, as stated in the affidavit for attachment, being the non-residence of said appellants.
