This is a suit for the cancellation of two special tax bills, the one for $659.22, and the other for $117.59, issued by the city of St. Louis, in favor of defendant, and against the property of plaintiff. The court rendered a decree canceling the tax bills, from which, after an unavailing motion for a new trial, defendant has appealed.
