Textron Financial Corporation (“Tex-tron”) filed a motion alleging unauthorized use of its cash collateral by Rebel Rents, Inc. and Perris Valley Rentals, Inc. (collectively, “Rebel”). Textron seeks either a turnover of the cash collateral or alternatively, allowance and payment of a super-priority administrative expense claim in the amount of $430,661 pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 507(a)(1) and 507(b).
