Roundy's, Inc. (Roundy's) appeals from a judgment awarding damages to Vincent R. Little, Sr. for the breach of his deferred-compensation employment contract. On appeal, Roundy's argues that Little's employment contract was void as against public policy or because it contains an in terrorem agreement. Roundy's also argues that the trial court erred in determining that the contract was not procured by fraud. Little cross-appeals the trial court's denial of prejudgment interest.
