Appeal from Greene District Court. — Hon. M. B. Hutchinson, Judge. Appeal from an order of the Board of Supervisors of Greene County establishing drainage district No. 19 of said county. The plat thereof follows.

On July 10, 1909, John EL Raaz filed' a petition with the county auditor of Greene county praying that a drainage district be established, describing the forty acre tracts to be included therein. This petition was accompanied by the required bond, and EL W.
