This suit is instituted to restrain the Union Bridge Company, as sole defendant, from constructing or maintaining an approach to a public bridge, on a public street, in front of plaintiff’s premises in the City of Albany. The bridge spans the Willamette River at Albany, and is a part of what was designated and constructed by the State Highway Commission as a state highway between Albany and Corvallis.
