The principal issue posed by this appeal is whether a minor was an employee of his stepfather, within the meaning of our Worker’s Compensation Act, at the time of his accidental death.

Arnold sued to recover worker’s compensation benefits for the death of his minor son, Calvin, alleging that the youngster was killed while in the employment of his stepfather, McConnell. The latter’s worker’s compensation insurer, St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company (“St. Paul”) was also made a defendant.
