On the 4th day of November, 1959, appellant, Mrs. Louise E. McBride, went to work for appellee, Ark-La Industries, at its furniture factory at Emmett, Arkansas. On the 27th day of January, 1960, while helping to stack a crated dresser weighing about 90 pounds, Mrs. McBride fell, and according to the evidence and to the finding of the Workmen’s Compensation Commission, she injured her back at that time. She continued to work, however, for the rest of that day, but the next morning went to see the doctor. She then returned to work and finished out that day. The…
