The facts appear from the adjudication of

Lamoeelle, P. J., Auditing Judge.

Archibald N. Waterhouse, who died November 7,1902, gave the residue of his estate in trust to pay the net income during the lifetime of his wife, Bessie Y. Waterhouse, two-thirds to her, with the proviso that if his daughter, Ethel, should at any time leave her religious life and cease to be a nun and enter again into the secular life, which she did on August 5, 1905, to pay over to her one-third of the net income, which was to be taken from the two-thirds directed to be paid to his wife, and to pay the *74remaining…
