John B. Little and others, claiming to be members of the Little Flock Primitive Baptist Church, brought this suit in equity against Charles M. Monk and others, also claiming to be members of said church, to obtain the right to the custody of the church building of said religious society and to restrain the defendants from .the use thereof.

The Little Flock Primitive Baptist Church was.organized some twenty years ago in the community of Cross Roads, in Dayton Township, Greenwood District of Sebastian County, Arkansas, and at the time of the controversy which finally caused this suit, contained…
