Appellant Union Internacional de Traba-jadores de la Industria de Automóviles, Aerospacio e Implementos Agrícolas, U.A.W. Local 1850 (“the Union”) challenges the district court’s decision to vacate the portion of an arbitration award which awarded back pay and reinstatement to five employees discharged by ap-pellee Asociación de Empleados del Estado Libre Asociado (“AEELA”).
