*556¶ 1 Cedar West Owners Association appeals dismissal of the quiet title action against Nationstar Mortgage LLC. Cedar West asserts the nonjudicial foreclosure on a deed of trust that secures an installment payment promissory note is barred by the six-year statute of limitations. We reject the argument that the first missed payment on an installment promissory note triggers the six-year statute of limitations to foreclose on the deed of trust.
