RONALD LEE GILMAN, Circuit Judge.

This is an unusual case in which former homeowners assert the potential claim of one of their creditors in a misguided bid to *301challenge the foreclosure sale of their home, even though the creditor in question has itself declined to raise the claim. For the reasons set forth below, we AFFIRM the district court’s judgment that ruled against the homeowners.
