MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

The chapter 13 debtor, Jason Monroe (“Monroe”), filed an objection to the proof of claim asserted by David Crosby (“Crosby”). Doc. No. 35 (“Claim Objection”).1 Monroe and Crosby appeared through counsel on July 11, 2017, and presented argument on the Claim Objection. No evidence was presented by either party.
