The decree or order complained of on this appeal and made in a proceeding founded upon sees. 3 and 5 of chap. 84 of the Code, requires the Davis' Trust Company of Elkins W. Va., the resident guardian for three infants residing in the city of Baltimore, to pay-and deliver to the Fidelity Trust Company of Baltimore and E. E.
