This was an appeal from the decree of the Orphans’ Court of Fayette county, confirming the account of the executors of Levi Springer, deceased. The names of the parties do not appear on the paper-books. — This is an appeal from a decree of the Orphans’ Court, overruling an exception to the auditor’s report upon the account of the executors of the will of Levi Springer, deceased. The exception was that the auditor erred in not charging the accountants with the amount which the testator had paid for two tracts of land, devised by him to be sold, and -which the executors had sold at less price. The auditor found that the lands were sold under a power contained in the will, and that there was no fraud in the sale. These findings were not…
