Compass Bank for Savings, successor in interest to Martha’s Vineyard National Bank, has appealed from an order of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts denying its Request for Declaration that Real Property is not Property of the Estate Subject to the Automatic Stay, or Alternatively, Motion for Relief from Stay. The Bankruptcy Appellate Panel has jurisdiction over this appeal pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 158.
