We review, pursuant to sec. 757.91, Stats., the findings of fact, conclusions of law and recommendation of the judicial conduct panel that Ralph G. Gorenstein be suspended from the office of judge and prohibited from exercising the powers and duties of a judge for a period of two years as discipline for misconduct.
