This disciplinary matter is before the Court on the report and recommendation of special master Robert L. Shannon, Jr., who recommends that the Court accept the petition for voluntary discipline filed by respondent Christopher John Palazzola (State Bar No. 559321) pursuant to Bar Rule 4-227 (c) after the Bar filed a formal complaint against him, and therefore impose a reprimand on Palazzola for his admitted violations of Rules 1.16 (d), 5.3 (a), (b), 7.1 (a) (1), (2) and (b), and 8.4 (a) (4) of the Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct.
