The petitioners, Penny Jean Kenamond and F.J. Payne, M.D., both Ohio County residents named as defendants in a civil action instituted in the Circuit Court of Marshall County, contend venue is improper in Marshall County and seek a writ of prohibition against the respondents, Circuit Judge Richard A. Warmuth and the plain*231tiffs, William L. and Donna Bandy, prohibiting further proceedings in the civil action.
