On appeal from a decree of the court of chancery advised by Vice-Chancellor Stevenson, who filed the following opinion: The bill is filed to foreclose two mortgages, the first to secure thirty-three outstanding bonds of the mortgagor, the defendant the New Jersey Lime Company, in the sum of $500 each, and the second to secure sixty-seven bonds of the mortgagor, the same defendant, in the sum of $500 each.
