This is an appeal in a proceeding under the Workmen’s Compensation Act. Plaintiff alleged that on November 21, 1979, while engaged in the performance of her duties as a housekeeper for defendants, she slipped and, in attempting to avoid a fall, injured her back, causing total disability.

The matter was heard before a single judge of the compensation court, who, on June 23, 1980, found plaintiff to have been temporarily totally disabled *439from the date of the accident through March 4, 1980; temporarily partially disabled to the extent of 37% percent from March 5, 1980, through April…
