In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for personal injuries, the defendant appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Jackson, J.), dated July 31, 1992, which denied its motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.

Ordered that the order is reversed, on the law, with costs, the motion is granted, and the complaint is dismissed.

The notice of claim filed pursuant to General Municipal Law § 50-e failed to describe the accident location with sufficient particularity to enable the defendant to conduct a proper investigation of the site and otherwise assess the merits…
