Karen Reynolds (“Appellant”) appeals from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Douglas County denying her claims for quiet title and ejectment, an injunction, and property damage, and finding that she had not adversely possessed a three-acre parcel against Bobby and Judy Brill (“Respondents”) for the requisite prescriptive period.
