Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Chemung County (Hayden, J.), entered May 22, 2002, which, upon reconsideration, dismissed petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Social Services Law § 383-c, for modification of written judicial instruments of surrender of parental rights.

In July 1999, petitioner executed two judicial instruments of surrender of his parental rights to his two children.
