¶1 The surviving adult children (Contestants) of decedent Dorothea Harris (Dorothea) dispute both the informal probate process brought by their stepfather Lincoln Harris (Harris) as well as the validity of a will that devised to Harris all of the mineral rights from their mother’s estate. Contestants appeal an order of the Eleventh Judicial District Court, Flathead County, granting summary judgment in favor of Harris and concluding that Contestants had not offered sufficient evidence to challenge Dorothea’s testamentary capacity or to support their allegations of undue influence.
