This is an appeal from a summary judgment granted appellees, nunc pro tunc, as of May 18, 1960 in an action brought by appellants, allegedly the paternal heirs of Charles J. H. lilies, Deceased, in the nature of a bill of review, to set aside a judgment in Cause No. 327,464 entered May 23, 1946 in the District Court of Harris County, Texas, in a trespass to try title suit, styled Langdon & Company’ v.
