ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

This proceeding is before the court on Debtor’s Motion for Summary Judgment filed June 19, 2013 (Doc. No. 63) and a supplement to that motion filed July 15, 2013 (Doc. No. 70) (together, the “Motion”).1 On July 20, 2010, Plaintiff filed a complaint seeking a determination that Plaintiffs claim is not dischargeable under 11 U.S.C. §§ 523(a)(2) and (a)(6), alleging Debtor pledged property Debtor did not own as security for a loan from Plaintiff.
