Kevin Thomas Stensrud and his wife Dawn T. Stensrud (Stensrud) appeal from a take nothing summary judgment entered in favor of appellees Leading Edge Aviation Services of Amarillo, Inc. and Leading Edge Aviation Services, Inc. (Leading Edge). Stensrud had brought a premises liability claim against Leading Edge for personal injuries allegedly sustained by Kevin at the facilities of Leading Edge in Amarillo.
