B2K Systems, LLC, a Delaware limited-liability company; Ingenuity International, LLC, a foreign corporation (“Ingenuity”); and Robert A. Przybysz (hereinafter referred to collectively as “the petitioners”) petition for a writ of mandamus seeking enforcement of an outbound forum-selection clause and the reversal of a preliminary injunction entered by the Jefferson Circuit Court. With respect to the forum-selection-clause issue, we deny the petition.
