Plaintiff-Appellant filed a “Petition for Temporary Restraining Order” and “Petition for Writ of Prejudgment Attachment.” Appellant sought these remedies as an aid in collecting a judgment it sought against Respondent in the state courts of Pennsylvania. Appellant requested a temporary restraining order enjoining Archimica (Missouri), Inc.
