ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFFS’ MOTION FOR PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION

Before the Court is “Plaintiffs’ Motion for Preliminary Injunction” filed on June 25, 2013, seeking an order enjoining the enforcement of North Dakota House Bill 1456. See Docket No. 3. The Plaintiffs further request the bond requirement be waived in this matter. See Docket Nos. 3 and 6. Defendant Birch Burdick filed a response on July 19, 2013. See Docket No. 22.
