*163MEMORANDUM OF DECISION ON MOTIONS FOR CONTEMPT AND SANCTIONS

This matter is before the Court on two motions for contempt and sanctions filed by Thomas J. Geygan, Sr., the chapter 7 trustee (“Trustee”). The Trustee filed one motion (Doc. 48) against the Debtors (“Debtor Motion”) and another motion (Doc. 47) against attorney Bruce L. Green-berger and the law firm of Macey, Chern & Diab (“MCD Motion”), counsel for the Debtors.
