This proceeding in habeas corpus was originally instituted by the petitioner, a prisoner in the Ohio Penitentiary, and with it was filed an affidavit of indigency. This Court, on its own motion, brought the case to the attention of the Columbus Bar Association which, through its president, provided the counsel who have represented the petitioner throughout the presentation of the cause.
