OPINION

EVELYN V. KEYES, Justice.

A jury found appellant, Aristotle Deg-aulle Ellis, guilty of aggravated robbery, 1 found an enhancement allegation true, and assessed punishment at 30 years’ confinement and a fíne of $5,000. We affirm.

Facts

On March 22, 2001, Tiffani Slaughter was driving her car on Interstate 59. The car made a noise and started to decelerate. Slaughter pulled off Interstate 59 onto the shoulder.
