1Opinion of the CourtRoberts, J.

Plaintiff brought this action against the defendant for divorce on the ground of extreme cruelty. Defendant filed a cross-complaint seeking a divorce on a like ground. After trial the court .made findings of fact and conclusions of law and thereupon entered judgment granting to the plaintiff a divorce and awarding to her a part of the property and $100' per month for a period of one year. From the judgment plaintiff appeals seeking reversal on the grounds (1) that plaintiff was entitled to a permanent allowance and (2) that there was an inequitable division of the property.
