Before the court is the Motion filed by Knoxville TVA Employees Credit Union (Credit Union) on January 9, 2001. The Motion seeks dismissal of the Debtors’ case due to the failure of the Debtors’ daughter to make payments on a 1996 Geo Metro outside the Debtors’ Chapter 13 Plan. All facts essential to the court’s resolution of this contested matter have been stipulated pursuant to a written Stipulation of Facts filed by the parties at the February 28, 2001 hearing on the Motion.
