I. Introduction
In this contested matter, the Court must decide whether Geeta Shukla (“Debtor”) is *206eligible to be a chapter 13 debtor. To be eligible for relief under chapter 13, section 109(e)1 of the Bankruptcy Code provides that an individual debtor must have “non-contingent, liquidated, unsecured debts of less than $383,175 and noncontingent, liquidated, secured debt of less than $1,149,525.” 11 U.S.C. § 109(e).
