Lin this dependency-neglect action commenced by the Arkansas Department of Human Services (“DHS”), Joshua Chase appeals the trial court’s decision to award permanent custody of his two minor children, H.C. (dob 9-11-08) and K.C. (dob 9-15-09), to their maternal grandparents, appellees David and Cheryl Collins.
